Tricia Massey MCIPS
Tricia is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply (MCIPS) and has over 30 years' experience in public procurement.
Before establishing Evolve Procurement Ltd, Tricia held senior leadership positions including Head of Procurement at Queen's University Belfast and Head of Group Procurement at Translink. Throughout her career, she has led and supported procurements ranging from routine operational contracts to complex, high-value strategic projects.
Her experience spans the full procurement and contract lifecycle, including procurement strategy, market engagement, tender documentation, tender evaluation, contract management, procurement governance and legislative compliance. She has extensive experience of working under a range of UK and EU procurement regimes.
Today, through Evolve, Tricia provides procurement advice and support to contracting authorities and suppliers across the UK and Ireland. Having worked extensively on both sides of public procurement, she brings a balanced and practical perspective to its challenges.
Tricia is also an experienced trainer and facilitator - delivering practical procurement training, workshops and mentoring for procurement professionals, contract managers and senior managers, as well as suppliers seeking to improve tender performance and secure more public sector contracts.
