Tricia has over 30 years’ experience in public procurement - including 9 years as Head of Procurement at Queen’s University Belfast and 6 years as Head of Group Procurement at Translink.
As Principal Consultant at Evolve, Tricia provides professional advice and support to a variety of public bodies, as well as a diverse range of private sector clients. She has an in-depth knowledge of public procurement legislation and is committed to helping Evolve's clients navigate the changes in UK legislation - ensuring compliance and levering the benefits offered to achieve their procurement objectives.
